Here is a link to the article. Mr. Berwick was not confirmed by the Senate, so unless confirmed, his term will expire January 2012. In the meantime, he is charged with an ambitious project of cutting $500 Billion from Medicare and expanding the Medicaid rolls to cover an additional 16 Million people.
