Ritter Insurance Marketing would like to announce the formation of our Health Division. This newly created endeavor will focus on the Pre 65/ Individual Major Medical market, as well as Group Medicare. The underage health segment compliments our Senior Market portfolio by sharing common distribution and service strategies. Most importantly, this will enable us to serve our loyal agents request to have underage 65 products as part of our portfolio.
This endeavor is being lead by Don Mazza. As Vice President of the Health Division, Don will be developing the platform to deliver the same level of products and services in the underage segment, which have distinguished Ritter from the others in the Senior Market. Over the last 14 years, Don has progressed through the management ranks in the Blues and commercial carrier environment. During those years, Don was involved in many aspects of the industry – small group, large group, self funded, individual, administration, service, marketing and business development. During this executive progression, his reach into these areas was typically tied to building operations from the ground up. Most recently, he was responsible for opening new market operations in five states, with a concentration on the under age 65 individual segment, for a prominent Fortune 500 commercial carrier.
Additionally, we are pleased to announce the second member of this new division, April Lippert. She joins Don’s team as an Individual Marketing Specialist. Her role is to assist with agent and carrier relationships, agent recruitment, quote development, training, the marketing of Ritter’s unique services and monitoring industry trends. April graduated from Penn State University with a BA in Marketing and also posses Associate Degrees in Business Administration and Advertising Art. Most importantly, she possesses an extensive knowledge of great customer service and business techniques which will aid in the success of the new Health Division.
Combined, these two professionals bring over 20 years experience in the insurance and financial industries to the Ritter Insurance Marketing family.
