Millions in cuts have been made to health and human services programs in the state of Virginia. The cuts are a result of the $70 billion budget that was passed by Virginia lawmakers over the weekend. Gov. Bob McDonnell, who now has the budget documents, has 30 days to amend the approved legislation.
