Find 2010 CMS Approved Sales Presentation for Aetna on the Agent Use Only Section of the Ritter Insurance Marketing Website

The 2010 Aetna Medicare Advantage and Aetna Part D Plan sales presentations are now available in our Resource Center. You must be logged in to view. To view and download the sales presentation and talking points use the following:
- Company = Aetna
- State = All
- Product = Medicare Advantage (or Part D, for Part D Presentation)
- Resource = CMS Approved Marketing Material
We also have uploaded Medicare Supplement presentation materials (although these are not required to be approved by CMS, but by the individual states). Use the following:
Company = Aetna
State = States approved include: AZ, CA, CO, GA, Il, MD, MI, NC, NV, OH, PA, SC and TX
Product = Medicare Supplement
Resource = Marketing Material

See section 70.7 on page 85 for info on Educational events. Keep in mind, if you are doing educational events, you can’t market which means you CANNOT: Pass out business cards, discuss specific plans, have people sign up to be contacted later, set up appointments, hand out marketing material, etc., etc., etc., etc.
Basically, if they ASK you for a business card, you can give them one. You can’t collect ANY contact info from the attendees or market to them in ANY way.
