Cigna 2009 Private Fee for Service Plans (PFFS) are available for viewing by licensed insurance agents only. Cigna’s PFFS plans will be available in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, LA, ME, MA, MO, NH, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA and WV.
