Anthem to discontinue two Medicare alternative insurance plans in Wisconsin

This is an article which basically describes some of the fallout of Wellpoint discontinuing Unicare/Anthem/Empire Enhanced and Enhanced Plus PFFS.  About 20,000 Medicare Beneficiaries will lose their coverage and can either enroll in another MA plan or get Guaranteed Issue Med Sup. Humana pays state to settle Medicare-related allegations

See Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article The $750,000 settlement involved some unlicensed agents selling Humana plans in the state of Wisconsin and complaints from Seniors who were enrolled in Medicare Advantage Plans and didn’t understand the product.  The complaints date back to 2006.
