CMS Mistakenly Sends BCBS Termination Notices to Over 38,000

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said Wednesday that, due to incorrect information, it mistakenly sent out termination notices to around 38,700 Medicare beneficiaries with plans from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota.
