We have removed Plan N from the quote engine and Resource for these companies.

Some brokers are thinking that Plan N is, in and of itself, a Guarantee Issue Plan.  This is not the case.  There are no special underwriting differences with Plan N versus other plans.

An individual insurance company, however, may underwrite their business as they see fit, assuming they are following state and federal regulations.
