Plan N July rate adjustment: Effective July 1, 2011, Plan N only for United of Omaha in Kentucky and United World in Wyoming will experience a rate adjustment.
United World June rate adjustment: Effective June 1, 2011, United World Medicare supplement in Kansas will experience a rate adjustment.
