HHS announces new regulations on excessive health insurance premium increases Here is a press release from Health and Human Services. This will mean that rate increases of 10% or more will be reviewed by federal or state officials. This is the epitome of our government, hyperbole filled with an oxymoron. How is it an unreasonable increase if it’s justifiable?
