Here is a good article from the Wall Street Journal online. The an 85% minimum MLR, it’s highly likely Sales Commissions on Individual and Small Group will be declining soon. Much depends on the definition of Minimum Loss Ratio.

This is one of my favorite Medicare publications and does a great job of explaining Medicare and Medigap insurance. The other helpful guide, Medicare and You 2011 will come out around the middle of October.
