Two eHealth announcements in one day! Well, technically the Humana press release was on Friday. . . Here is the announcement on PlanPrescriber, Inc. Thanks to Russ for the heads up on this one!!
PlanPrescriber, Inc., formerly Experion Systems, Inc., runs some websites for assisting Medicare Beneficiaries with Plan choices for Prescription Drugs. They run the CVS website and the WalMart website (and some others) in addition to www.PlanPrescriber.com where they mainly did “pay per click” advertising.
PlanPrescriber is one of only two companies that I’m aware of which had sufficient data to calculate estimated annual costs for Medicare Part D drug benefits (the other is DRX).
Agents who follow my blog might recall that in February, I commented on their Medicare strategy. Looks like they are making a big push for 2011 AEP.
