Del. Robert G. Marshall (R-13th District) sponsored a bill which states that no resident of the commonwealth shall be required to obtain or maintain individual insurance coverage. Virginia passes budget cutting Medicaid, other health services

Millions in cuts have been made to health and human services programs in the state of Virginia. The cuts are a result of the $70 billion budget that was passed by Virginia lawmakers over the weekend.
