In my opinion they cannot possibly win this war. Like the op-ed stated, if they shove this through people will be so angry they are just going to fight tooth and nail through the next several years to shatter it. I can’t see any plus side for Obama and the democrats. One thing I don’t think the op-ed mentioned is the inevitable challenges in court this bill is going to have to face. Also, states, like we just saw with VA, are going to pass laws blocking specific parts of the bill.

It makes me very nervous and I wish I could see what their other hand is doing.
