At some point, I think Congress will address this. This got put on the backburner behind the Medicare Physician’s Fee Schedule fix (which got kicked down the road one month with the latest $10 Billion Jobs Bill). At this point, there is still a $1,860 annual cap on Therapy under Original Medicare.
