Our Lead portal is a free service to allow agents to manage their clients and prospects. We also use our lead portal to distribute and manage leads from the various lead offerings which are available through Ritter Insurance Marketing. Currently, Lead Portal is a basic Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for maintaining your database and organizing and tracking your leads. In the future, our plan is to expand on this resource to provide other value added services beyond simply maintaining your leads.

We wanted to make it more user friendly and accessible. Some of the highlights are below:
Homepage
- We modified the Lead dropdown box to include only 2 choices – MY LEADS and ADD NEW.
Lead Summary Page
- We added functionality that allows you to filter the Lead Summary Screen by Source and Status.
- We also added the ability to sort by the following: Last Name, First Name, Next Step Date, Date Assigned, City, State, Phone, Source, and Status. (THIS IS A HUGE WHEN YOU HAVE A LOT OF LEADS!)
- You can print the list of your leads in PDF format.
Lead Detail Screen
- We changed the format so the information is organized to look like an actual lead card.
- For the T65 Source, we added the verbiage from the T65 card that is sent to the customer.
- We added the ability to print the Detail screen.
