		<description><![CDATA[Sounds like the same thing that was done with Medicaid in Pennsylvania during the 90&#039;s or early 2000&#039;s. I wasn&#039;t in the business then but a colleague of mine said he was doing really well enrolling people in Medicaid HMO&#039;s and it was suddenly taken away from him. I wouldn&#039;t be surprised if the same thing happens with Medicare Advantage.

		<description><![CDATA[I smell an extremely large rat here, and it smells of rot.  It appears we&#039;re headed towards agent eradication.  Things just keep deteriorating at an alraming rate in the MA and PDP marketing scene.  Looks like we agents are the &quot;bad guys&quot; in this scenario.  Think of the huge sums of money saved if no commissions are payable.  The goons that are hired to take our place will simply get a salary - with a few bonuses thrown in for good measure and good will.  Better put all those earned commissions in the bank, fellas.
