Below is an important announcement from Aetna. Individual Medicare PFFS Chargeback’s  During December 2009, the enrollment team processed terminations for all Medicare PFFS members in markets where Aetna withdrew products in 2010. Brokers that were assigned to these members were given a ‘chargeback’ which appeared on their commission statement dated December 14, 2009.
