By putting the Physician’s Fee Schedule Fix into an unfunded bill, the Senate could then pass an entirely different Health Care Reform Bill that wouldn’t add to the deficit.
I just have a sickening feeling that things are going to get SO screwed up that we will not know which end is up once all the “reform” is done. Have a great weekend comrades!
