This year at our Medicare Summit, we did something a little different to raise some money for the Alzheimers Association. We asked the Insurance Companies and Vendors who participated in our 2009 Medicare Summit to donate a “Gift Basket”. The 150 insurance agents who participated in our local summit purchased tickets to put in a box for a particular “Gift Basket”. One winning ticket was drawn for each of the gift baskets. All of the money collected went to the Alzheimers Association. We are happy to announce that we are sending a check for $757 to the Alzheimers Association today!
