- United Teacher Associates Insurance Co. – Senior Class Life (policy series FE02- 020101-UTA) and Preferred Whole Life (SL-950101-UTA)
All applications for these products must be received in our office by August 1, 2009. Applications received after this date will not be processed and will be returned.
