Things to know…
- All Individual Medicare Supplement enrollment kits now contain a new Business Reply Envelope (BRE) with the new address. Please use this new envelope to submit applications.
- AetnaMedicare.com: As of July 1, 2009, forms and documents available on AetnaMedicare.com have been updated and contain the new address and phone number.
- Existing membership will transition to CHCS on September 1, 2009. Members will receive new ID cards and associated materials. Watch for additional details in upcoming broker communications.
