New e-Apps We will be loading new versions of the Loyal American Life Insurance Company® (Loyal) Med Supp e-App on June 10, 2009 for all states. This will take place from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Central Time on June 10th. During this time, you will not be able to submit a Loyal e-App. After this time older versions of these e-Apps will no longer work and the new versions must be used. Be sure to log on to AgentView and download the new forms.
If you need to submit a Loyal e-App to us you MUST submit it to us prior to 8 a.m. on June 10th. Otherwise, you must download and submit the new version. If you have an older version already written after this deadline, you can still print out the application and fax it in using the Fax App cover sheet found on AgentView in all application packets.
