PinnacleHealth System and WellSpan are regional Health Systems operating Community Hospitals and other Health Services. PinnacleHealth operates primarily in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania and WellSpan operates in York and Adams counties. They are discussing a wide range of collaborative options from a loose agreement to a Full-Fledged Merger of equals. They are set to make a decision with regards to this within the next six months. They have been in discussions since March, however, they just spoke openly about their talks yesterday.
