The spreadsheet is set up with filtering, so if you click on the down arrow for state and then county, you can filter the list exclusively for counties you work in.

Does anyone out there know what is the best PPO plan available for Duals, perferably a $0 premium in the WV area?

Can you give me a couple counties in your service area? Have you used our Medicare Quote Engine? You can put in any zip code in West Virginia and Search for Medicare Advantage Plans. You can also narrow your search to give you only Special Needs Plans (which would include Dual, Chronic and Institutional SNP’s, assuming they are available).
For example, I searched in the Wheeling area (Ohio and Marshall Counties) and found the Carelink Advantra One product which is for Dual Eligibles. Ritter Insurance Marketing does broker this product.
