New York State to Continue State Pharmaceutical Assistance Program (SPAP) for New York’s Senior Population – Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage (EPIC)

EPIC is the State Pharmaceutic Assistance Program (SPAP) for New York State. EPIC is one of largest (perhaps THE largest) SPAP in the nation in terms of # of enrollees.
The New York Legislature extended the EPIC benefits and this was signed by the Governor of New York.
