We have the latest commission run for Aetna (Dec.12th payout), which was delayed a few days. This has been processed and we are issuing commissions. There was no 2009 business included in the last run. Further, the run which was originally scheduled for mid-December has been cancelled. The next run will be Dec 30th for payment around the beginning of January 2009. This will be our first opportunity to see 09 commission payments.
I had posted the original Aetna payment schedule on our Aetna Commissions page. . .I will post the REVISED Schedule shortly.
Why doesn’t Aetna step to the plate and pay renewal commission on the new renewal schedule for existing clients? Many others have and it demonstrates clearly who supports the agents and who doesn’t.
Is anyone surprised that Aetna had/has problems with Commissions?
