I can fully understand why the members of this plan don’t understand the plan. Even the staff writer and others giving information state that the Advantage plan is a supplement to Medicare. Perhaps they should take the same training required of agents who sell the plans. They would then know that we are required to explain the difference between a supplement and an Advantage plan.
