If you recall, the most recent Medicare Legislation passed by Congress which overrode President Bush’s Veto dealt with a mandated 10.6% cut in Physician’s fee schedule for Medicare.
The House began discussing ways to avert the next cut (scheduled for 1/1/2010) of TWENTY PERCENT, which is only 16 months away.
