This is an article which basically describes some of the fallout of Wellpoint discontinuing Unicare/Anthem/Empire Enhanced and Enhanced Plus PFFS.  About 20,000 Medicare Beneficiaries will lose their coverage and can either enroll in another MA plan or get Guaranteed Issue Med Sup. Tampa Medicare insurer shut down

The company is called MD Medicare Choice.  They had about 16,000 members in 23 counties in Florida. Humana will be taking over the benefits for these members, however, the members will get a special election period where they can pick any plan they choose.
