Effective June 24th, the new business procedures for Central Reserve Life (CRL), Continental General (CGI) and Provident American Life and Health (PALHIC) Insurance companies will change.
* June 25, all new business must be submitted through Austin.
* June 27, the official last day of processing in Kansas. All outstanding fax-app checks must be submitted to Kansas by this date.
Make sure all of your pending application requirements for Kansas City business are completed before this date. Any pending business with outstanding requirements older than 10 days will be closed at this time.
